Delta Ringette Association is hosting a rise and shine power skating session this weekend and is inviting LMRL U12 and U14 athletes to join. Here are the details:

The powerskating is being offered by Mervin Tran, a former world class figure skater with 15 years representing Japan, Canada and the US where he earned 10 national and 18 international medals in.
