The VP is the coordinator of all divisions, facilitates the tiering meetings, and is the primary board member resolving league operational issues as they arise. |
| Treasurer treasurer@lmrl.ca t••••••@••••••••• The Treasurer provides financial updates to the board, handles payments and requisitions, provides budgetary advice and recommendations, and keeps financial records in compliance with applicable legislation. |
| Secretary and Director of Promotions promotions@lmrl.ca p••••••@••••••••• The Secretary holds the official records of the LMRL including league correspondence, agendas and minutes. They maintain the register of members and update the LMRL policy manual when rule changes are implemented by the league. The Director of Promotions works to develop promotional initiatives to improve the outreach and profile of ringette in the Lower Mainland. |
| Zone Coordinator zones@lmrl.ca z••••••@••••••••• The Zone Coordinator oversees the Zone program for the league, including player transfer requests, tryout processes, coach selection, monitoring, and they make recommendations to Ringette BC and oversees the association Zone Coordinators. |
| Director of Coaching coaching@lmrl.ca c••••••@••••••••• The Director of Coaching is the league's liaison with member association's Directors of Coaching. They inform members of coaching certification requirements and organize coaching clinics for league coaches, and ensure coaches have completed their certification according to deadlines. They handle coaching complaints brought forward during league play. |

They help to clarify rules, maintain a list of officials, and they oversee the conduct of officials during league games. |
